How much does UK delivery cost?
Delivery is free for any order within the UK.
How soon will I get my order?
We normally despatch prints within 24 hours via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Framed prints will be despatched via courier on next day delivery. We will email you once the order has been sent along with an estimated day of delivery.
Do you send goods overseas?
Yes, we can delivery to any country - please contact us at sales@geoffbeckett.co.uk to find out how much delivery will cost.
How will my order be packaged?
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in sturdy postal tubes. Mounted prints are cello-wrapped and sent inbetween thick cardboard. Framed prints are protected with bubblewrap and then sent in a cardboard case.
Framing & Mounting Options
What are the frame and mount options?
We sell prints either as the print only, or with a mount, or framed. The available options for each print are shown on their individual pages.
What is a mounted print?
The print will come attached to a large high quality double mount, acid-free, in an off-white colour selected to compliment the print. This is also cellophane wrapped.
What frames are available?
In the next few days we will provide details of framing options with a range of different colours and sizes.

What quality are the prints?
The prints are very high quality giclee prints on Somerset 330gsm textured paper (some open edition prints are on 255gsm paper but the quality is very similar). "Giclee" is the process of using pigment inks rather than the usual dye or toner based inks, and means that colours last much longer before starting to fade. The ink we use is rated as lightfast for 125+ years!
What does Limited Edition mean?
Artwork that is created as a Limited Edition will only ever have a certain number of that image created and once they are sold, no more will ever be created. Each print is signed and has the number of the edition written underneath the image (ie 15/95 under a print means the 15th copy from an edition of 95).
Can I buy an original online?
Yes, originals will occasionally be listed on the website, although other originals may also be available through galleries around the country - more details of these will be on the Archive Gallery page.
Customer Care
What is my delivery is damaged?
We also try to ensure that packaging will keep everything safe in transit. However, if the delivery arrives damaged then please contact us at sales@geoffbeckett.co.uk and return the items in the post. On receipt of the damaged goods we will send a replacement and refund the full cost of returning the goods.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us at sales@geoffbeckett.co.uk within 7 days and we will do our very best to rectify any problem and will of course provide a full refund if no solution is found.
